These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 365cae platform and all of its services. By registering or logging in to the 365cae website, mobile site, or application, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, 365cae reserves the right to close that account at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately. 365cae is not responsible for third-party misuse of an account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

365cae currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The account used for any payment method must be registered in your own name.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all payment methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Typical withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account has been fully verified (KYC). As part of the withdrawal verification process, 365cae may request a copy of your identity document, proof of payment method, or other documents. Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion rate may apply for transactions in other currencies.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

365cae offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; if you deposit ৳32,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to 25 times the bonus before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used once and is non-transferable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 365cae reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misusing bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
• Special bonuses and cashback offers may be available under the VIP program, and the terms for these will be communicated separately.

The 365cae VIP program has five tiers, each with a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation and betting activity. The terms applicable to VIP cashback and other benefits will be communicated separately and are subject to change.

6.1 Fair Play

365cae operates with fair play standards in place. The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and unpredictable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games or placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Attempting to collude with other members to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

6.3 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount may be set for each game or event. 365cae reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system failure causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 365cae reserves the right to void the bet and refund the wagered amount. Any result that is profitable due to a technical error will be considered void.

7.1 Rights of 365cae

365cae reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• If evidence of an underage member is found.
• By court order or government directive.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

7.2 Member Rights

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. After an account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned through the designated process; however, any active bonuses and wagering activity will be cancelled.
